In Power Sonic we believe that within our processes to preserve the environmental quality, health and safety of employees, as well as the reduction in the use of restricted techniques and the generation of hazardous waste, through compliance with environmental legislation, work, strategies for continuous improvement and teamwork”.

CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

O n August 22, 2012, the U.S. The Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) approved the final rule to impose disclosure and reporting requirements related to conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold). The standard requires US companies to disclose the presence of conflict minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or neighboring countries of manufacturing products. (Section 1502 of the Wall Street reform bill and consumer protection Dood Frank).

It is the policy of Plastics AMC of Mexico to comply with the information and notification requirements of sections 1502 of the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of Dood Frank, as well as all the SEC rules promulgated under this technique.

Plastics AMC of Mexico requires its suppliers to pass this requirement through its own supply chain and determine the source of the specified minerals. Plastics AMC of Mexico expects all of its suppliers to provide statements on Conflict Minerals using the Conflict Minerals Report Template EICC / GeSI
